Save the date Friday, November 12, 6-9 p.m. and Saturday November 13, 10 a.m.2 p.m. at St. Mary Church Hall.
Here are the booths for this year's fair: Welcome Table; Christmas Booth; Santa's Toy Shoppe; Religious Booth; Jewelry Shoppe; Country Store; Stitchery Shoppe; Geppetto's Workshop; Small Raffle Booth; Mary's Bakery; and the (kitchen) Food Concession.
We will not have the Children's Korner this year due to Covid constraints but we will have a visit from Santa on Saturday!
We will be calling on bakers to help with donations to the Bakery. Looking for sweet treats and gluten free and sugarless desserts too. If you have any donations for any of the other booths, please wait until the beginning of November before dropping them off but contact me first. I will arrange to meet you or pick them up. We CANNOT leave items in the hall until it is time to set up the fair as construction work is being done there. Please only handmade, new or items in great condition. Please no tag sale items for the Fair. This is one of our larger fundraiser's for our Parish. Also, if you can help in any way with the fair setup on Sunday, November 7th or breakdown on Sunday, November 14th for a couple hours please let me know. Many hands make the work lighter!
