Diocesan ProLife Mass
The monthly Diocesan ProLife Mass will take place at The Cathedral of St. Patrick in Norwich on Saturday, November 7 at 8:30 a.m. Please join our celebrant Rev. Ray Introvigne at Mass as we pray to end abortion and for the healing for those who have had an abortion. Following the Mass, the Rosary will be prayed both at the Cathedral and Planned Parenthood.

Pancake Breakfast

Pancake Breakfast
The Boy Scouts and the St. Jude Council will be hosting a TAKEOUT ONLY pancake breakfast on Sunday, November 15th, after the 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Mary church. There will be a table outside to take orders and deliver the food. The cost for the breakfast is $5.00, and includes sausage, and your choice of all you can eat regular, blueberry, or gluten free pancakes, with butter and syrup. Beverages will not be provided. Masks are required. Proceeds will benefit Leo Kouatly’s Eagle Scout project for the new picnic tables.

Mass of Remembrance
To honor and celebrate the lives of all loved ones who have died in the past year, a Mass of Remembrance will take place at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick, Norwich, on Thursday, November 19th at 6 p.m. The Mass will also be livestreamed on the Diocese of Norwich website at www.norwichdiocese.org. Leo Kouatly’s Eagle Project to benefit St. Mary
Our parish’s picnic tables need replacing. Leo Kouatly’s Eagle Project will be to purchase and construct new vinyl picnic tables. The new tables will replace our disintegrating wooden tables. The wood tables are unsound and rotting. Vinyl tables will improve the looks of the church grounds, match the fence at St. Mary’s, and can be used throughout the week by families as well as at church events. Bereavement Day of Prayer
The Diocesan Catholic Family Services Office is sponsoring a virtual workshop for the bereaved entitled: Praying Your Goodbyes on Saturday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. It will include time for private reflection, prayer and journaling and give participants suggestions on how to navigate the upcoming holidays and discover ways to grow through the experience of their loss.
