The St. Jude Council will be hosting a Polish Dinner on Saturday, October 26th, at 5:15 PM in the St. Mary Church Hall. The cost for the dinner is $12.00 for adults, $6.00 for children 12 and under, and includes potato and cheese pierogis, kielbasa and sauerkraut, stuffed cabbage, red bliss potatoes, salad, rye bread and butter, dessert, and coffee, tea, or lemonade. St. Mary and St. Thomas Aquinas will again be offering Memorial candles to be lit for one week during the first week of November in remembrance of our departed loved ones. If you would like to purchase a candle your loved ones name will be placed on the candle. The candles are $10 and will remain lit in the church for the entire week. Our Christmas Fair will be on November 8th and 9th. Your help is needed to donate items for this raffle. Items can be hand-made, gift baskets, gift cards or any item that new. Past items have included large dolls, decorative wreaths, watercolor paintings etc. The value of each raffle item is to be no less than $35 and not to exceed $100. The Diocese of Norwich invites grades 6-12 to Youth Explosion with host and song leader Cooper Ray. Spend the afternoon sharing your faith with teens from all over the Diocese.
